Privacy and cookie policy
In short: we only receive your data if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or fill in the request form on the Monthly plan page. Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them.

What data we process and why
- When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, phone or the request form on the Monthly plan page): your name, number or address, your business name and what you write to us. The form prepares a message that you send yourself on WhatsApp. We use this data to reply and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, page visited, time) is logged automatically by the server hosting the website, for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Meta Pixel) — only if you consent in the cookie window. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell data and we do not make automated decisions about you.

The website’s fonts are hosted on the same server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Who we share data with
- The website’s hosting provider (server logs).
- Meta (WhatsApp) — when you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through their service.
- Google and Meta — only for the cookie categories you accept. These companies may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, based on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep data
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the collaboration and as long as tax and accounting laws require. Cookie data is kept for the periods in the table.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. Write to us at [email protected]; we reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If we add new services that use cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
